For the last few months there has been constant connection issues and service down time. This is aggravating due to the fact that millions of people pay for these services and on one of the most important times of the year both services go down. Not only does this show a lack of security but a lack of caring. We the consumer need to know we are paying for a working service. We also would like better measures and stronger ACTIONS to be taken against the group claiming to be behind these issues "Lizard Squad". We thank you for the time you have given us but this group shouldn't have full control whether or not your service will function. The group "Lizard Squad" even threatened to take the service down on Christmas day and they succeed. You both as companies should have had tightened up security for this situation. We ask for a formal apology and some mild compensation for these past few months. We hope you understand our frustration.
