Dear Sony,

Please provide us with the information regarding the delay of the release of 4.3 update for Xperia SP,T,TX,V and also the ETA for when we will receive the update. Please update the support pages of the above Xperia models it still shows Next Version Jellybean going to be released in 12-2013 which is misleading. We request you change your support pages for the above devices and show the correct information.

We are asking this because we as your consumers have spent our hard earned money on your device so we have the right to know what's going on regarding the development process for our devices. This petition is in no way against you. We are just asking the information regarding the delay and also the ETA for the update.

Firmo para que deis la cara DE UNA VEZ y digais una fecha exacta sin retrasos ni engaños.

PD: Gracias a vuestro soporte os hago saber que este será mi último SONY, no pienso pagaros más dinero a vosotros para que no presteis un servicio MÍNIMO en cuanto a actualización.

My phone (SP) should get software updates till 18 months from its release, so hurry up Sony give us 4.3, after that you have to deliver 4.4 update too.
