Recently Horizon forbidden west preorders went live. With that comes 4 editions of the game. Standard, limited, collectors and regalla. Standard and limited both come with hard copies but the other two do not. They come with digital codes and an empty steel case. I do enjoy steel cases but I also like the base casing for my collection. As a collector myself, this is very upsetting and I’ve seen a lot of collectors out there themselves being upset over this matter. What I don’t get is how you have two editions that are meant for collectors but then do not include a hard copy along with the base casing for it. Jim Ryan recently went back to what he originally said about making it a free upgrade to Ps5 from PS4 so maybe it’s not too late to get them to change this and at least make those two editions have options for digital AND hard copy.
