The upcoming Marvel's Avengers game has many new and long time Marvel fans excited. After several showcases many fans have begun to place pre-orders and build a community around the game. Although this title will not have cross platform support, many were happy to learn they would be able to play the game on Playstation, Xbox, and PC.

Unfortunately it was recently announced that Spider Man, one of the most iconic Marvel heroes, will only be available on Playstation consoles. This kind of exclusivity only serves to harm the game, as it alienates players who are unwilling or unable to purchase a Playstation just to play as one of their favorite heroes. Furthermore, gamers who have disabilities that prevent them from using traditional controllers will not be able to play as Spider Man, as Sony's Playstation 4 does not have an option for an adaptive controller.

Please consider signing this petition to show Crystal Dynamics, Square Enix, and most importantly, Sony, that we would like Spider Man to be a playable character on every platform. There are millions of gamers and Marvel fans that should have the opportunity to play as this popular hero on the platform of their choice.
