I want to maintain the current status of Sonoma County and to keep Pacaso out of the county.

Puheeze. Another assault on private property rights. We must be stupid to keep paying property taxes. Might as well just buy shares in 12 Pasco houses and live large.

This scam WILL cause another real estate bubble that WILL burst in SPECTACULAR fashion. Bernie Maddoff would be envious of this scheme - the longer it is allowed, the MORE people & neighborhoods will be damaged.

I live in San Francisco and I can’t even afford a first home much less a second, and now this company is destroying neighborhoods by buying up homes, driving up prices, and removing any possible chance of home ownership for others. These are time-shares and time-shares are notorious for being a pyramid scheme.

Silicon Valley is full of grifters. This is a timeshare scheme that needs to stop before they expand across the country and inevitably start buying lower income homes. This is evil.

Fractional ownership of single family homes is destabilizing for a neighborhood and provides a way for investors to avoid paying their fair share of taxes.

Neighborhoods are being ruined by corporations - this needs to stop now! No short-term rentals, no fractional ownership!!!
