The situation is that a ex member of Huddersfield New College has been bullied and not allowed to take their second year at the college.

I think the major problem here it that the bully is allowed to take their second year even those they have been labelled a bully by the college themselves. 

The college makes every student sign a bullying contract at the start of the year this contract has been read and I have found multiple bullet points that have not been fulfilled by the college on this case of bullying.

Now the victim has asked college for their help on the matter and asked them multiple times to sort the situation and they have not, which is wrong on the fact that the bullying contract states any bullying reported on their college campus will be dealt with by them which I state again has not happened so how can you have a bullying contract that states all these actions will be fulfilled when they are not doing what the contract states. 

How can the bully be allowed to take their second year at the college and not the victim, that means the victim misses their second year of education at the college after being bullied to the point of being scared to go in to college. Is that to right? You tell me.

I hope you all read this petition and I hope you all sign this petition to help the victim get back in to Huddersfield New College and help enlighten their future. 

Bullying should not be ignored and we need to do something about this not just for this victim but for everyone else that is suffering from being bullied you are not alone and we will support you.
