I am proposing a solution for all the Terra (Luna) Shareholders and all the hard workers behind Luna technology and the Dapps of their ecosystem.

After the last few days seeing luna go down from 100USD to 1c and reeding news like: "
Crypto investors panic during market bloodbath: 'I will lose my home."

The problem

A few weeks ago, Luna's price was 100USD; today is it 1c

The solution.

Create more Luna tokens for Airdrop with the current Luna shareholders that give them back the exact value of their wallets in USD. I mean if you have 1 Luna, it is equivalent to 100USD for my example:

Example of a shareholder called Tom:

Tom had 1 Luna in their wallet = 100USD

Current price of luna 1c, then give them 10,000Luna=100USD

How to distribute?

Getting a snapshot of the Luna wallets' value

Benefits:

Luna ecosystem and their hard workers can keep the development
Luna shareholders will have their money back

IMPORTANT KEY POINTS:

Don't allow Luna shareholders to sell the new tokens today; only allow them to start selling them in 6 months to prevent another BIG fall or even unlock them randomly (not all together) 
Be sure the whole community makes any decision by vote.
If Luna can't create more coins, create another coin to replace Luna.
