Complimentary breakfast for Solitude employees has been a crucial part of the non-financial compensation, community health and morale, as well as employee promptness at the resort for many years. This year, leadership has decided to do away with this perk with the excuse that we have instead received a small increase in food and beverage discounts as employees. This is not much to ask from the resort, and the many benefits of complimentary breakfast completely outweigh the cost in terms of providing excellent service to our guests and community.
