A Greedy Person wants to Get Earn Crores on Investment of Few Lacs !

So, What Does He Do ??

He Buys a Old Cessed - Pugree Tenancy Building  for Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) On Rateable value Basis. 

(Market Value of the Said Bldg in 1999 was Approx. 65 Lacs )

The Said Building is Ground + 4 Floors about 1160 mtrs.(12000 sq.ft approx)

His Cost approx 8-10 per ft.

Market Value Cost approx 5000/- per ft.

Next , What does he do ??

He Starts Issuing Notices and Filing Suits against Tenants ( Many Of Whom are Pugree Tenants in Building for more than 40 years) 

He  Uses all kinds of Grounds ( Alterations, Bona fide, Nuisances, Etc)

And Falsifies Facts

Speaks Lies Left Right and Centre

The Question is 

Can Judiciary Allow Such Greedy Persons to make Windfall gains by Evicting Long-standing Pugree Tenants .??

Yes or No ?? 

If Judiciary Allows it, it amounts to Indirect Abetment  Of Such Mala-fide Landlords by Judiciary .

Millions of Tenants are Harassed by such Malafide Cases filed by Greedy Landlords and Part of Judiciary is indirectly supporting such greedy Landlord
