As seen during the lockdowns, that our salary is being cut or hike has not been given or promotion has been stopped or bonus has not been provided.

Software Companies are the first one to stop hikes or bonus or promotions during this covid situation.

But they dont provide shorter notice period.

They call and fire people immediately but when it comes to notice period they usually keep it to 2-3 months.

This is kind of practices are not allowing us to change the jobs.

I have taken loan and expected hike or bonus or promotion but i did not get anything this year.

But now when i want to change my company i have to serve 3 months notice period. Because of which the other comapny is not accepting it as they want shorter notice period and undortunately i cannot change my company.
