The Problem that I want solved is the fact that the office makes random deductions towards my social security income allowance. Om my social security account I have been receiving messages saying I owe money for an over payment to my account, however I am denying all of these allegations of being over paid. In fact I would say that the services are not paying me enough in a monthly budget to cover all my Bills and expenses.

  Another Problem that I would like to stop is the fact that I would have to be disabled in order to qualify for benefits. I think if someone is in a disability or critical condition they may not need to get paid more than someone that is able and established. Although it may be of existence.

  I am very afraid of these rules for the fact that when I work I get taxes deducted from each check for social security charges. If and I can not benefit from this source of income than an additional income should and will be permitted. I just had a child and I don't deserve to receive a letter in the mail saying that my account is going to be disconnected because I am not disabled. I would appreciate some extra support during my healing process. 

  Receiving an estimation of $320.00 monthly cannot be over paying! If the raise of my finances would become a thousand or two thousand it may be more reasonable for the economic times that I am residing in now. Apartment cost is at the price of $3000.00 with or without the Utilities included. The fees for basic production is ranging at an estimate of $500.00. Car insurance is at the price of $450.00 monthly. Phone expenses is at $150.00. Cable and Internet service is at $60.00 monthly. Parking fees vary from time to time. Membership fees are also an estimation of $150.00. Smile Direct is coming in at an estimation of $350.00 a month. Credit card bill fees are at $500.00.

  With all of these prices how is $320.00 a month going to cover all these expenses?  

  Coming in with a budget of an estimation of $25000.00 to $30000.00 a year with working two jobs and collecting social security income has barely been making it. So to help my family situation it would be to stop the social security system from saying the over payments to my account was an over payment. How will this help me? It would help me by sopping any deductions toward over payments from my account. It would increase my monthly budget, which would somehow cover some fees that come in monthly. 

  I feel somewhat perpetrated by the system for the fact they say I was over payed from the social security and haven't received more than $10,000.00 a year from being a tax payer or simple someone on Social Security. This impact would allow me and my family to eliminate some bills and expenses without any extra surcharge fees. It would stop paying back an account that doesn't have to be payed back!
