During this Pandemic travel has come to a standstill.  The enforcement rules of being fully vaccinated, negates the need for PCR testing. The added cost of this testing, the availability of testing, and the 72 hour longevity of test makes the viability of testing for those travellong to winter homes a nightmare.  As a Snowbird, senior and Canadian, to have the PCR test done, leaving without the test results to start to travel by car back to Canada, the pressure of getting an electronic copy of the test results, arriving close to the border without having the results and having to find a and paying for accommodations near the Canadian Border, the cost of finding somewhere to get another PCR Test due to "Technical problems" waiting and paying for additional accommodations.  All redundant as we have been fully Vaccinated. We're Canadian, we're safe, we will follow the same Covid protocols in our Snowbird home as we have in our home Country. 

We implore you to drop the PCR mandate at the land border on our return to Canada.
