On February 27th of 2022, I posted a picture of three vitamin pills, two of the pills were Ashwaghanda vitamin pills and the other was a Fish oil vitamin. I captioned the Snapchat post, “ Let me know” as a joke just for fun, no intent of selling any type of illegal substances. The post was posted on my workout story with about 70 people entered in the story. I’m assuming someone took it the wrong way and reported my post saying I was selling some type of drug which is against Snapchat community guidelines and terms of service. I never posted any type of drug or was planning to, but either way, Snapchat ended up locking my account permanently and the reason being that I went against their terms of service and guidelines. I don’t know why they locked it permanently and didn’t give me a warning instead of locking my account without a reason, because I never posted any illegal substances. I’ve tried multiple times to contact Snapchat via email and I have not gotten a response back, only response was from Snapchat support on twitter but they weren’t any help, basically just told me to wait and couldn’t guarantee that Snapchat would view my “ticket” submission. I have too many memories that I don’t want to lose and especially since I never did anything wrong. I just want to try and get this out there, probably won’t do anything, but to try and get Snapchat to give me account back.
