Embark on legal action against KATH provident fund for unlawful deductions

On beginning our temporary employment at KATH as house officers, a monthly stipend was deducted from our salaries to be invested in a provident fund for which we were ineligible as the fund was limited to permanent staff only. Six months after termination of contract with KATH, this stipend is still being deducted despite having fulfilled all demands required by the office to ensure cessation of the deductions and redemption of the investment and interest accrued. This is a huge inconvenience to us and also a breach of the fund's constitution. The motion is to seek legal action against the fund and its management.
