Smash Project is an annual rock music festival that started on 2012 who first featured 4 international artists.

This year, Smash Project publicized a poster that stated 9 international bands were going to play live; though 7 of them were only announced in a manner that spread over a period of time since fourth quarter of last year. The show is on March 8, 2013.

Tickets were then being sold at the following prices (exclusive of SM Ticket processing fee):
500 General Admission
1,500 Upper Box
2,500 Lower Box Regular
3,500 Lower Box VIP
4,500 Patron
5,500 VIP Regular
6,500 Panic Kit

While the bands that were announced and printed on the poster are:
Miss May I
Of Mice and Men
Chunk No Captain Chunk
Woe, is Me
We Start Party’s
Sum 41
All Time Low

On January 26, 2012, the following artists (Woe, is me, Miss May I, Sum 41, Chunk No Captain Chunk and Of Mice & Men) announced that their performances were cancelled in the Philippines due to failure to fulfill specific contractual obligations to the bands by the local concert organizer/promoter.

To this date, February 3, 2013 – Dayly Entertainment and Smash Project 2013 organizers have not made a statement about this.

We the concert goers, who have saved and bought tickets to watch these bands TOGETHER live on one venue want a full refund. We don’t want to watch only 2 bands or have the ones who were cancelled replaced by other bands. We need our money back and if ever there is going to be another separate show for the bands that have remained, we still need our money back because we paid to see these bands in the list TOGETHER.
