I have been using the smart start service for about a year and a half know. I had the device put on my car months after giving birth to my first child. I wanted my driver'.s license in good standing to be able to commute my child to doctors appointments and play dates legally. The first 30 days my car went into lock out on my birthday due to a missed blow after I left my vehicle (scrambling with a 3 month old baby to get in the house). On the 4th of July I took my to her first camping trip. The temperature was 100+ last year in Wenatchee. I bring some white claws on the trip as a new mom just seeking a good time with my family. I had to place my baby in the vehicle several times throughout the day to run the AC. During this time I had a white claw and ended up with a violation. Trying to keep my daughter cool. Fast forward 5 months my daughter and husband contracted covid. My car in need of service I could not take it in due to the positive covid texts. The following day it snowed in Seattle Renton Kent and surrounding areas. I'm busy taking my daughter back and forth to the emergency in the snow and trying to work. During the last 24hr period I attempted to drive in the snow to the nearest service center to find they were closed duento the holiday January 1st. Do to this missed service my removal date was moved from May 1st to August 1st. I have had all services meet no violation ever showed yp on my device stating that I needed to service or pay. Today August 3rd I received an email stating my removal date has been extended again due to a violation blow that never required service. The vehicle was not started. I don't even recall the day. If my car never went into violation status how can they extend my punishment yet again. I can no longer afford to pay for this service. I did an amazing job in this last year and a half my daughter is 19 months now. She is moving around having accidents. I cannot continue with this service I feel this company is dishonest and scaming people that are less fortunate out of their hard eard money and it is unacceptable.
