There's a huge problem with government paying invoices,most of the time smme's can spend over nine months without payments.
If smme's can submit their invoices at the bank they bank with , the bank pays the invoice and then the bank can wait for payments from the government.
Alternatively the government can issue tenders for the banks to pay service providers for them .
