We the Residents of SLV who rent and or own a Community or a Private Dock are AGAINST the recent increase in fees.

Maintenance has NOT been done on a regular basis. Docks are in dis-repair and unsafe.

We also as members of this community were not told beforehand of this proposed increase so that we could ask for a platform to discuss our concerns with the BOD. This decision was made purely on paper without any actual physical investigation of the state these docks are in which is clearly due to the very apparent lack of maintenance.

Also we believe the monies from out Rents and Leases are not being strictly dedicated to the Docks and those funds are being used elsewhere.

This community would ask to rescind the recent decision and or ask for refunds or credits going back to each resident for the lack of maintenance for the docks and the fact that many resident's were not able to access their Boats in a safe manner.
