We, City of Davis residents of Loyola Drive, hereby request that the city take measures to address rampant speeding on our street. We've observed a significant increase in reckless speeds between Pole Line and Tulip that have taken the lives of pets, endangered children on their way to Birch Lane Elementary, and put bicyclists of all ages at heightened risk when utilizing the Davis Bike Loop.

We are open to any/all traffic calming measures:

- speed humps
- a stop sign and/or crosswalk at the intersections of Nutmeg/Loyola or Buckeye/Loyola
- Flashing/radar speed signs

We have also invited our neighbors who live on streets that require use of Loyola such as the culdesacs of Fig, Locust, Alder and Regis to join this effort.
