Adding Night Flight Capabilities to Skydio

Adding Night Flight Capabilities to Skydio
Why this petition matters

Hoping Skydio could consider allowing night flight to their Skydio 2 by adding a toggle switch within the app that allows the pilot in command to decide for themselves whether or not to fly in dark conditions or for night flight.
Skydio could add this feature without any liabilities to Skydio, Inc. by having a pop-up screen that warns the pilots of the risks of flying without obstacle avoidance and that by doing so the pilot in command takes full responsibility for their flight and while obstacle avoidance is toggled off the Skydio 2 warranty is not covered for such flight, meaning the Skydio pilot takes full responsibility for their actions during this time of obstacle avoidance in the off position.
This toggle could be designed in a way that the software toggle returns back to its original position after each landing so it automatically reverts back to full obstacle avoidance after each flight.
All drones currently on the market allow for night flight other then the Skydio and many within the drone community enjoy flying legally at night as recreational pilots or professional pilots that have 107 night waivers and both could find a feature such as this useful.
Hopefully the good folks at Skydio will consider our petition and thanks in advance for taking the time to hear our concerns.
