Lack of customer service, couriers stealing food and numerous other problems. If an order is wrong or doesn't arrive they finesse the service and tip still. You don't get a full refund and it's such a disgusting thing to do. They essentially take your money without a good or server received on your part. Hoping this either turns into a lawsuit or skip the dishes actually starts providing a proper service to customers. Skip the dishes has turned into a scan 40% of the time. There's no way to rectify or receive compensation when things go wrong. Numerous people have been effected by it. Furthermore, their customer service number just sends people to cyber problems. After some time it just hangs up, unreal. What a horrible business model, scamming their customers. I know many others are annoyed by this reoccurring problem.
