Families of Clearwater want to enjoy the outdoors and the community to the fullest during the Spring and Summer months, however; the bugs and mosquitoes are forcing us indoors, or leaving our children (and adults) spattered with bites that last for days.

Spraying for bugs city-wide is the safer option for us and our children, as opposed to spraying them with chemically filled bug spray daily to allow them to enjoy the outdoors. Mosquitoes carry and pass on a handful of (sometimes) deadly diseases that we and our children are more at risk for. Also, by not spraying, there will likely be an increase in wood and deer ticks, which are also a threat to our health.

The average total cost to each resident in the past was $20/year. The average cost to have your yard sprayed bi-weekly by a professional through the season is $400-$600/year.
