The new hoodies are expensive and should not be required. They should be available to students who want or need to buy a new one but there is nothing wrong with the ones everyone already has. Families are already spending a lot of extra money on the new uniform requirements this year and do not need a $55 hoodie added to the cost. It is not only a waste of money but bad for the environment as well. This is entirely unnecessary and students need to be allowed to wear the school jackets they already own.
