Love Exposure is objectively the greatest film ever made. I won’t go into anymore detail because it’s best to go in blind. Go watch it right now if you haven’t. The version of most commonly distributed is 4 hours in length. The original director’s cut is rumored to be somewhere around 6 hours in length. It was only shown at film festivals and after hours of research and searching no traces can be found anywhere online. The supporters of this petition request with the upmost kindness that everybody with authority in the production and distribution of this masterpiece release the 6 hour extended cut to an international audience. We will sleep much better at night knowing one of humankind’s greatest artistic achievements can be viewed as it was originally intended to be.
