This is fucking disgusting! I've seen a growth in these kind of behaviours among Singaporeans, especially Chinese! There are two problems with them, namely Psychological and Sexual maniacs! Disgusting people!

From Wikipedia: Equality before the law, also known as equality under the law, equality in the eyes of the law, legal equality, or legal egalitarianism, is the principle that each independent being must be treated equally by the law (principle of isonomy) and that all are subject to the same laws of justice (due process).

A person’s conduct shouldn’t be based on his or her academic results.

A crime is a crime, regardless minor or major. Similarly, from a minor repeated offences, potentially to a major crime, say perhaps, human or sex trafficking. Would that be OK? Or is it OK to have good grades & commit a crime? Is it OK to have influences everywhere & commit a crime? Is it OK for the government & educational institutions to turn the other way, believing that crook would mend his ways after being caught several times?

Whatever it is, Singapore's judiciary system is FUCKED.

His persistance in his relentlessness and brazen pursuit of the victim even after the victim alighted shows no fear of the judicial system and law. It is ludicrious to believe that he is truly remorseful with an apology letter and ought to be placed behind bars for the safety of our people.

A male nurse got jailed and caning for the same thing. He basically walked away scot-free. What are we teaching our children? That they can do whatever crimes they want if they have "good grades"?
