Having displayed an immense dedication to my work, I have requested my name (Junior) to be printed out on the back of my staff shirt. Having been voted Employee of the month at my place of work for the month of August, I find it only fitting that this single spirited request be granted by the company as a token of appreciation for my hard work and dedication. The name print on this t shirt shall not only give me great pride in throwing on that Simply balloons t shirt every weekend, but also add value to the organisation in the sense that time spent on formalities such as introductions can be saved my merely having the customer read the name printed on the back of my t shirt while I offload the necessary equipment and products from the delivery van. The amount of time it would take for me to say "Hello, my name is Junior" could be used in driving towards the next delivery location on that day, effectively shortening our supplier lead time, hence adding on to our competitive advantage as an organisation.
