A wildlife refuge area is for the wildlife, simply put, and needs to be protected from hunting and hounding. If hounding is to be allowed anywhere, then let the radio collars be outlawed. Hunters should be content to do things the traditional and old-fashioned way, by following their dogs on foot.

I live near Putney Mountain. I do not want my animal (bear) neighbors to be hunted brutally with dogs!!! It is their home. Leave the be!!!!!

Turning radio collared hounds loose on wildlife is cruel--to the hounds and wildlife.

Wild animals face more than enough troubles with climate disruption and increased development and habitat loss. It is time to step up protections of wild animals, not loosen them.
