If an IKEA came to Fresno/Clovis/Central Valley ?
Build it somewhere in the middle that would create easy access to 30-40 Cities, Madera, Selma, Chowchilla, Dinuba, Visalia, Hanford, even Tulare, Bakersfield and much more. So many cities would benefit. 

It is endless what Ikea can offer existing homes and many new home builds, apartments and the JOBS it would bring/supply is endless. 

$$ The Revenue, taxes on purchases it would bring $$

It would impact the whole family for needed items.
From parents to kids to teens. Think of the possibilities for Organization, Furniture, Kids rooms, Baby rooms, Toys, Kitchen, Office. 

Note: Some have heard Visalia was getting one in an article Feb 2023.
