Ever since the conducting board for banking exams have been handed to IBPS, each and every year they are making changes specially to favour other state candidates over the local candidates. This results in the degradation of services by banking officials to customers in both urban and rural areas. This situation is even worse in REGIONAL RURAL BANKS in which they operate mainly in rural areas where people visiting the bank itself is a big thing, even if they come to BANKS because of language problem created by non local candidates hired by this IBPS board in banks is creating lot of problems to them especially to poor farmers in doing transactions as they barely knows other language apart from the local language. This is not only the case with this IBPS board, they are rejecting the candidates without interviewing them by saying not obtained the minimum marks. This is creating an adverse effect on the candidates who r preparing for these exams for years and getting rejected like this in the hands of IBPS board. A clear example for this is the number of candidates selected for REGIONAL RURAL BANKS of Karnataka last year where the maximum number of candidates are from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana who hardly knows to speak other languages apart from telugu. Why this discrimination to candidates? Hire more and more local candidates who can give better service and understands rural people in much better way than these other state candidates. Please support this if you faced the same problems in banks and help reaching this to concerned people.
