This man has gotten away with this for YEARS. Enough is enough.

PAWS, animal cruelty, bylaw and the Whitewater members of council have all been contacted. Tim was given an entire week to clean up his act before animal cruelty showed up. Why are we giving  abusers a chance to hide the evidence?
