Respected Shri Narendra Modi Ji , 

i am a Kashmiri guy and I live out of Kashmir ,since the section 144 (Curfew) has been imposed in valley and all means of communication has been shut down. I am in no position to contact my family neither can they. I understand shutting down internet or any means of communication maybe is a good step to avoid any unlawful activity. But please consider I am a human ,my mom ,dad, sister all are their and I am alone here out of j&k they are much more worried about me as I am for them and their are so many more people like me from Kashmir who want to know status and well-being of their family. Please consider my request.

I am not requesting you to activate all means of communication in Kashmir valley but if everyday we have set of timing at least for 30 mins where people from outside J &K can call their families at least incoming calls from India only or 2g voice service . It would be relief for more then hundred thousand of people like me suffering because of the current situation.  

I hope sir, you will hear me out and think about all those hundred thousands of Kashmiris who are desperate to know about their family.
