Ragavendra Shukla started this petition to Shri. Devendra Fadnavis and

I am sure, "this is getting to my nerves" is on everyone's lips, those who appeared for MHCET (MMS/MBA) entrance and are now waiting for the admission process to begin, at a time when usually the colleges start. This is just the beginning of the whole story and the center of which is one of the premium MBA institutes in the whole country, JBIMS.

A number of fake report cards had been found submitted in order to get admissions, now the action which requires to be taken against the offenders is pending with The Supreme Court Of India. Therefore, the whole MMS/MBA process has been postponed multiple times now. A mistake of few, the suffering of many. The center of attraction is JBIMS. But, what about those students who are not even targetting JBIMS, what about those students who are happy and content with what they have, what about students like me who wants to just move on.

I got a confirmed admission in a respected college through the CAP round 1 which was held in July, I have taken my admission and paid my fees. Now you say, I am due for the wrongdoing of others?

One of the many notifications mentioned on the website says that not just JBIMS but admissions provided in all the other colleges are also canceled. What about the refund? no clear information. What about the documents which I have submitted while taking the admissions? no clear information.

This is not just getting to my nerves, this is getting to my head, and sending me into a depressed state of mind. Depression is not a word which I often use, but when I do use it, I mean every single letter of it. No wonder India is the most depressed country in the world (article from indiatoday.in).

If mental health is taken seriously in the state and if it means more than just a social media post to get attention, I request the authorities to resolve the issues concerning MMS/MBA process as soon as possible.

Thank you.
