My cousin Derek works full time and is a small business owner. He provides Italian ices to the children and families in low income housing. Derek was in the process of separating from his wife and in retaliation she filed false claims. Once the prosecutor learned the claims were false they brought up previous conviction that he paid his debt to society. Derek has changed his life for the better and worked full time and operates a successful Italian ice business.
