We as a community would like the freedom to use our homes and property as we wish.

One of the of the outdated bylaws in the SSHOA is that we are not allowed to short term rent out homes. (Air b and b and such) 

Any extra income in todays market would be so nice for my family as I’m sure for yours as well. 

Sign this petition to show support in changing the bylaws/regulations from their current status (not allowing shorter that 30 day rentals) to allow short term rentals!
