I am Charlotte Ancheta, the owner of Kraft Box by Charnic, which has been selling on the Shopee platform since November 2020. I'm writing to you today, along with the petitioners, in the hopes that you can process and credit my withdrawal as quickly and efficiently as possible. Not only has your slow processing affected me as the owner, but it has also impacted my consumers.

For the past 5 months, I've been anticipating the withdrawal. I haven't received anything up to this point. The money I'll receive will be used to compensate my affected customers. I've already contacted you by email, phone, and even visited your main office in Taguig. With your current update, we are just waiting for you to fill the account so that the cheque may be cleared, but nothing has been funded as of now. 

I've waited so long, and so are my customers, that we can't wait any longer. I hope you understand our desperation in receiving the money so that I may pay my customers, as they are all in need of funds as well. I'm assuming you'll be able to respond to my concern because it is also the concern of the petitioners, who are my affected customers. I, as the owner and petitioners, demand that Shopee Philippines should complete the withdrawal only until the second week of January, and nothing further.
