Waluigi Needs His Own Game

The Mario franchise has been long and prosperous since its beginnings in 1981. Many lovable characters have come from this beautiful franchise. We have Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Princess Toadstool, Wario and Waluigi.
All of these characters have one thing in common: they all have their own games. There's an odd man out here, however. Waluigi, ever since his introduction in Mario Tennis 17 years ago, has yet to feature in his very own game. Frankly, as fans and advocates of the general public, we're tired of it. Where's the justice?
Waluigi is, by far, the most neglected and under-appreciated of characters—he's never received quite the attention that his counterparts have attained. For instance, he was the only character of the Mario-Luigi-Wario-Waluigi quartet that wasn't featured as a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. He was an Assist Trophy. The closest thing he had to being playable was a purple Luigi costume. Is this really how we'll treat the greatest character of the Mario franchise?
Waluigi wasn't initially everyone's favorite, especially in his first game, in which he's the worst character (7'3" isn't the right height for tennis, I guess), but he's since grown on us and become a staple of the Nintendo label. More and more people love him more and more as time goes on.
We feel as though he needs to take the next step. The step from just a party game character to a featured game character. From just a tennis doubles partner to a hero.
The hero that Waluigi deserves to be.
