A38 (Cornwall) Safety Concerns - Action Needs To Be Taken Now

The situation on the A 38 in Cornwall has, in my opinion, reached a critical level with too many people losing their lives. Four people died on this road in May alone.

The safety of this road is now more important than it has ever been. With not a single speed camera on the Glynn Valley stretch of A38 which is madness.

With the busy summer season fast approaching and more and more holiday makers using this road there will, no doubt, be more accidents in the next few months.

Having spoken to friends and family, the consensus seems to be "speed cameras on the two dual carriageway parts and possibly another couple along the main route", "solid white lines along the whole of the single carriageway to stop dangerous over taking" and "intermittent police speed checks".

Please take a minute to sign this petition to get the momentum up for our MP to show to parliament
