My name is Zoriana Martinez, and I am an 18 year old college student on medical leave from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music. I have returned from school and will be living at home until my reinstatement in September 2020. 

My road to recovery has been quite isolating; I’ve had to change many aspects of my lifestyle and have been forced to mature in many ways most young adults could never imagine. 
My request is simple. Spending so much time at home is lonely, and I would love a companion. My step-father is allergic to cats, and we cannot afford a dog.

I just want a bunny.

With all of the horrific things going on in our world today, such a request seems ludicrous, but sometimes it is the little things we can do for the people we care about that help brighten our days. I urge you to consider signing my petition and helping to get me one step closer to having my own companion.
