Greetings fellow homeowners,

Please take a moment to consider signing on to this petition. I would like for you to join me in requesting the Shaw's Discovery HOA hold an initial meeting via Zoom or outdoor socially distanced in-person meeting, to be open to all Shaw's Discovery homeowners, within 30 days of receiving this notice.

Our community is suffering from many unaddressed issues and each homeowner is contacting the HOA separately without support from neighbors who often feel the same way. We need support, not constant nit picking and arbitrary HOA notices demanding we act and conduct ourselves in a specific manner. It is the HOA who should be working for the community and addressing the communities needs.

Many of us have lived here for years and have heard many different things from the HOA. Join me in voicing your concerns as a group to hold the HOA accountable. Let's have the first HOA meeting so that we can keep our community connected and represented. Otherwise, things will stay the same and the HOA will maintain control.

While we appreciate the HOA employees commitment to our community, it is time things changed. It is time for the voice of the homeowners to be heard as one.
