My rights for a fair trial are violated by order of commitment by judge

I am fighting a criminal case. I have had three public offenders on my case. The first one filed conflict of interest ( not by me but by him) the second one( I filed because of communication break down, and this third one, we don't get along. He has been nothing but not helpful. He has lied on me and has misrepresented himself as being a lawyer in my defense. So I have asked for another court appointed defender , and I couldn't be appointed another counsel that to let me represent myself. So in result to this was an order of compatiency. I was ordered to have an appointment with the court phycologist and he said I was confident to stand trial. My lawyer through a fit, and subjested that I be evaluated by Larned State Hospital. So the judge order that Larned State Hospital do an evaluation to determine compatiency for up to 60 days. This order takes me away from my family and my life for 60 days just for standing for myself. I thought one of the Rights was The Right For A Fair Trial. The courts doctor passed me, so why do I have to be in a state hospital to be evaluated yet again, this time to have 60 days of my life taken from me.
