The ownership of The Links at Heartland Crossing (Shawn Stewart and Ron Overton) are attempting to add an amendment to its PUD (zoning) allowing it to be sold as a probable housing development.  This likely development has the potential to crush home values in the Heartland Crossing Addition.  Without community support, this amendment is almost a certainty.  Please sign this petition and tell the ownership, Shawn Stewart and Ron Overton, NO!!!  

Help save the communities property values, STOP overcrowding of the local school system, STOP added strain on the infrastructure, STOP unnecessary stress on first responders!

Help keep an amenity that adds value to Heartland Crossing not something that takes away from the community!!!

The best case scenario is for The Links at Heartland Crossing to be sold as a golf course and REMAIN a golf course.  Tell Shawn Stewart and Ron Overton to STOP the amendment!!
