Investigate allegations against Cara Garcia-a Phoenix VA Social Worker.

Major news channels throughout the nation has reported possible illegal behavior going on at the Phoenix VA which includes  forgining documents, keeping secret lists to delay veterans from receiving care. As a result Sec. Shinseki and members of the U.S Congress has called for a full investigation of the VA. They had put the Phoenix VA director Shannon Helman and several others on leave pending the investigations.

Before the Phoenix VA maltreatment of Veterans made the news several women veterans brought their own mistreatment within the Phoenix VA medical system to Cara Garcia; the then Women Veterans Program Manager. Instead of taking the allegations seriously, referring the veterans to the appropriate authorties or making her command aware of the allegations Ms. Garcia chose to sweep the allegations under the rug and threatened the veterans to keep quiet. The Veterans did not keep quiet and took it upon themselves to inform the Phoenix VA of maltreatment. This resulted in Cara Garcia transfering to another department.

INSTEAD OF FIRING CARA GARCIA THEY TRANSFERRED HER WITH HOPES THAT THIS ISSUE WOULD GO AWAY.

Numerous media outlets reported that over twenty veterans has died at the hands of the Phoenix VA. Imagine how many lives could have been saved if Cara Garcia actually listened to Veterans and did her job to help serve our nation's heros?

We are asking for a FULL INVESTIGATION on Cara Garcia.
