Lisa McEnulty started this petition to Shareholders of NANA

Currently NANA doesn’t have a formulation of how much money goes to the board members and CEO and how much goes to the people.

As shareholders that is important for us to know. We need to know how the money is being used because it is coming from our land.

There is only 6 people who make decisions of how much the board members and CEO should get paid.

That in itself is a conflict of interest. We need a bigger group of people to oversee their decisions.

Last year the CEO of NANA made 1.6 million in one year alone. The way a CEO makes their money is based off of how much those six people think he is worth.

The mind set of most companies of hiring a CEO is based on thinking that that one person has a skill or talent that is rare. There is no way to measure a CEO’s impact on an organization. It could be that we do so well because we have have low competition or the contribution of workers in the company itself. There is no reasonable explanation to pay a CEO that much money!

Sign this petition to have the board make a formulation of revenue that goes to the people and that goes to the board members and CEO each year!
