We as shareholders of Kootznoowoo, Incorporated petition the Kootznoowoo Board of Directors to distribute the 7(i) money.
We as shareholders of Kootznoowoo, Incorporated are concerned about the lack of leadership and direction of “our” corporation.
We as shareholders of Kootznoowoo, Incorporated understand inexperienced chair, Melissa Kookesh assumed control of running day to day operations by the way of Resolution 17-04, therefore giving her too much authority to spend shareholders money on unknown expenses and temporary staff (Interim Chief Executive, office manager, office staff, attorneys and etc.) who are running Kootznoowoo without transparency or accountability to shareholders.
We as shareholders of Kootznoowoo, Incorporated understand evidence of spending will be in the 2017 annual audit and financial statements.
This money belongs to the shareholders; therefore, we DEMAND and petition the Kootznoowoo Board of Directors to distribute the 7(i) money. Kootznoowoo has received in December 2016 ($233,484.80), April 2017 ($299,404) and November 2017 ($257,890) for a total of $790,778 or $12.57 per share.
We as shareholders of Kootznoowoo, Incorporated understand there was a “Dividend Policy” Resolution 15-04 adopted at the December 2015 board meeting but there has not been an updated “investment policy” that the board is following that directs what the 7(i) money will be used for, therefore; the money received from Sealaska/7(i) should go directly to the shareholders.
