Bob Chapek has repeatedly abused and ignored the Walt Disney code of Values and Traditions, he is systematically destroying Walts vision and ruining peoples lives ESP the lives of Cast members who no longer have a job. He has closed Disney stores with no reason to do so . He has cut cast members in the a Walt Disney parks affecting the showmanship professionalism values and traditions of the Walt Disney Company . He has introduced charges for Fast Passes for the parks against the will of the Guests . He has discriminated against guests who have less money by only allowing Extra hrs at the Parks for the Delux resorts instead of all resorts ( in the past all resorts were included) . He has made redundant thousands of cast members with no emotional support for the people losing their jobs. In a Nut shell this Man is ruining people’s lives and guest experiences with cost cutting practices. He is also responsible for killing the Magic that Disney is so famous for . This man must be stopped. He must resign or strive to correct the wrongs he is inflicting on employees and Guests who use the Walt Disney Company resorts . Bob Chapek will ruin Disney if he is left in his position. Remove this man before he kills Walt Disney’s Dream. He is damaging the Brand by letting cost cutting stores claim they are Disney Stores, no product or quality control . This man must leave .
