The Board of Society Hill 2 in Jersey City and Taylor Management are accountable for several decisions resulting in mismanagement of Homeowner Association funds, capital projects, and community amenities.

Some results of their actions include two consecutive years of delayed pool openings, over two years of stalled construction of the basketball and tennis courts culminating in a community-wide open hazard area, and willful neglect of resident concerns. Additionally, communication with the Board and Management is untenable and unresponsive. 

Therefore, the purpose of this petition is to introduce an immediate vote of No Confidence in the Board in order to elect new members. The new members will be responsible for administering any and all changes to the bylaws and covenants necessary to facilitate a full audit of the community finances, past and current contracts, and consider replacing Taylor Management.

if we are able to successfully pass a vote of No Confidence, perhaps we can change the direction this community is heading. If we fail, we can expect more of the same next year. And next year. And next year. And years thereafter.
