The SFGH emergency department staff went to the Health Commission on 10/1 to speak out regarding a petition we wrote for our ED staff workplace conditions always being in disaster mode and beyond unsafe conditions. We also have concluded that our leadership has created a non-transparent hostile environment, where staff cannot properly learn and advocate for patient and staff safety.

In signing this, it is in solidarity with the nurses of the SFGH emergency department because you are either in support or you are experiencing similar conditions at SFGH.
