Sexual harassment in the work is very popular in Philippines but not only in Philippines also in all over the world.  This is a from of sex discrimination for me which negatively affect the working environment, and this have impact in undermines gender equality at work and also creates unfair practices in employment and adversely impacts the dignity of Filipino women not only women also men and this  well-being of workers. I choose this TOPIC because Filipino is not aware about this kind of sexual harassment.
