Countless people in Roosevelt high school, female presenting people especially, have been asked by Seth Kahl, a Junior, for clothes, underwear, or lewd photos. Enough is enough. He clearly does not learn as this is a repeated behavior, and has even gone so far as to prey on freshmen. If our school admins will not do anything about this, then we’ll make the change ourselves. I’m creating this petition to prevent anyone else from falling victim to Seth’s unexceptionable behavior. Yes, I myself am a victim. This has gone beyond just a perverted habit of his. He has gone to the point of lying to a 14 year old saying he was trans to convince her to give him her underwear. This is disgusting, he is nearly 18. He has been kicked out of multiple activities like Rider Crew and Band for his behavior, but as I stated before, he clearly isn’t learning. This is no longer an issue of whether or not he needs help. If he truly has problems, then of course he should find someone to help. However, he still needs to be removed from a space where he could cause more harm as soon as possible. I urge all DMPS students to sign this petition, as you would want people to do the same had it been happening at your school .
