This lay-by is located on a fast dual carriageway and often confused as the slip road exit towards Hildenborough / Tonbridge . as they are so close together..and unlit...resulting in a recent death of a local paramedic and life threatening injuries to two further crew members.
In previous years this has happened multiple times and with the closure of this lay-by it would save lives
